Anne-Marie Charrett

Founder, Principle Quality Engineer

Anne-Marie Charrett makes quality visible in a way that makes it visible to all. As co-founder of Testing Times, she excels at creating spaces where a quality infected culture can thrive. An Electronic Engineer by trade, her 20 years experience in software delivery with roles ranging from testing software protocols, to Quality Engineering Consultant to Head of Engineering at Tyro Payments, Anne-Marie’s knowledge and skill has been truly tested. Deepika Loganathan


The co-founder and principal consultant of Testing Times, Deepika, is a leading expert in quality engineering and technology development with a specialisation in product management and business transformation strategies. With senior roles for organisations including Tyro Payments, TransGrid and OpenAgent, Deepika offers both technical and leadership skills to drive efficiency and change. Deepika holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (UTS Sydney) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering (Madras University).

Rajiv Jagadish

Full Stack Test Automation Engineer

Rajiv is a full stack test automation engineer and has 12+ years of test automation working on mammoth projects across multiple domains.. He has worked for companies like Atlassian, Visa, Snapdeal, Amazon and Yahoo. He is very passionate about designing and developing Automation Frameworks, Tools and Utilities that follows OOPS concepts and Design patterns. For automation, his favourite weapons of choice are Selenium(Java), Appium, REST-Assured, Cucumber, TestNG and SQL.

Sahar Khoshraveshan

Quality Coach (Product)

Sahar is a self-driven, motivated and aspiring quality coach with the can-do attitude. Her 15 years experience in E2E software life cycle in different roles such as a developer, test engineer and a quality coach, developed her analytical and strategic mindset. Proven technical and leadership skills to drive efficiency and change and own the product lifecycle from strategy to delivery. With a natural ability to connect dots and see the bigger picture, manage ambiguity without being paralysed by details and uncertainties. In spare time Sahar mentor’s young girls entering the IT industry, giving talks in meetups and seminars, as well as writing blogs.

Matthew has extensive experience across industry with a passion for transforming test practices, developing people and implementing a culture of constant learning. Matthew is a passionate Agile practitioner with delivery experience over twelve years across large organisations and complex architectures. Matthew has a natural ability to engage all team members to deliver quality practices that solve business problems.

Bas Dijkstra

Test Automation Trainer

Bas teaches companies how to use test automation to support their testing efforts. He has extensive experience as a corporate trainer and has successfully delivered many courses on test automation and BDD to companies in the Netherlands as well as abroad, to excellent reviews.

His courses are built on the experience he has gained in 14+ years of being a test automation consultant, so he knows what works and what doesn’t.
